ABSTRACT:Further development of polymer blend resulted in the preparation of a new type of polymer-polymer composite where the isotropic matrix is reinforced by fibrils. For this purpose polyamide 6 and polyethylene are melt blended in a twin screw extruder and thereafter spun on laboratory equipment for synthetic fiber at 240 °C. Then by metal-complex dye 1:2 under proper temperature, time conditions and different concentrations of dye have been operated. For determining the amount of color absorption from the polymer samples, the test has been done during dyeing from bath sewage. Also to determine the physical and thermal properties of composite, strength and DSC test have been done. The results show the improvement of physical and thermal properties.
