    <abstract language="eng">Tuberculosis is one of the major causes of ill health and death world wide. Since the introduction of effective chemotherapy, tuberculosis lesions of the oral cavity are rare. Most of the cases are secondary to pulmonary disease and the primary form is uncommon. In this paper, we present a case of oral tuberculosis , involving the soft palate in a 32yr old male patient and differential diagnosis is discussed.</abstract>
