A total of seven Pyrazolones and Pyridines and three Schiff bases were evaluated in-vitro against Alternaria brassicae Causative organism of black leaf spot disease among crucifers. Pyrazolone, Pyridine and Schiff bases (C1-C10) are tested in-vitro. All ten novel synthetic compounds designated C1 to C10 did not show antifungal activity against Alternaria brassicae.
