Twenty-one male Wistar rats were investigatedweighing on the averate 150g were randomly divided into three groups (n=7) – A, B and C. Group A served as control and received on oral dose of 0.5ml of Normal saline daily for 6 weeks. Group B and C served as esperimental groups.
