Laboratory evaluations were made to asses the comparative study of primary metabolites of Some latex bearing plants of Apocynaceae. Amount of soluble sugar is found higher in leaves of Nerium indicum Mill and Cryptostegia grandiflora R.Br. and also in Flower of Nerium indicum Mill, as compared to other plants parts. Starch is found in leaves of N. indicum Mill.
