This case report describes the clinical course and management of a patient with severe limbal vernal keratoconjunctivitis, with corneal involvement. The patient had a significant risk of visual loss at presentation. The disease was recalcitrant to conventional treatment. Topical and oral cyclosporine was introduced, resulting in a significant decrease in inflammation.
