the conditions of the transition to a green economy. The new economic reform changesthe
labor market. There is a huge gap between the demand of the labor market and the higher
education system. The transition to a green economy requires new work places, new
professions, new competencies and green skills. In Kazakhstan there are a number of

skills and specialists. The education system is actively developing ecological competence
of future specialists. The need for a professional individuality of the future specialists
with high ecological competence, professional competence, able to solve ecological problems
independentlyexpresses the actuality of the problem of finding a solution.
