    <abstract language="eng">This paper is devoted to development of software, which allows automatically processing the gastrointestinal tract images obtained by wireless endoscopic capsule. This paper considers software of automated workplace of a physician from different manufacturers of endoscopic complexes in detail. Further, the description of software architecture for gastrointestinal tract images processing and the results of software testing are given in this paper. This software is a part of Landish capsule endoscopic complex.</abstract>
