    <abstract language="eng">The presented paper demonstrates effectiveness of an application of fillers in polymer on an example of plasticized polyvinylchloride composites and carbamide foamed plastics with expanded perlite sand. The studies of structure and properties of optimal compositions of developed materials are presented.</abstract>
