The aim of this research is to identify the opportunities and forms of partnership between Russia and South-East Asia. The Association of South-East Asian countries is gaining quite rapidly the recognition in the global economy, which confirmed by the consistency of the model of regional integration as one of the most promising and rapidly developing integration groups not only in the Asia-Pacific Region, but also in the world. As for the interaction between ASEAN countries with Russia, we identified that Russia and ASEAN countries have a great interest in expanding areas of mutually beneficial economic cooperation and future business dynamic relations with Russia. The leaders of most developed countries officially declare the importance of a meaningful relationship between Russia and ASEAN. In fact there are many reasons for it and the most important among is economic issue.
