The duration of treatment was 6 weeks. By the end of the study the almost complete disappearance of unmotivated fear, anxiety, reduced background mood was noted. The combination of amitriptyline with sulpiride made it possible to reduce the doses of antidepressants to a minimum while maintaining the reduction of emotional disorders and beneficial influence on behavior.
