The brief exclusive pilot study contemplates the interrelatedness of practical interest to one’s health and mortality among people aged 20 to 69 – the most productive age in the life of a contemporary person. It has been revealed that the decline of interest among people to take care about their health, even in presence of the age-related reserves, causes a sharp increase in mortality after 5-10 years. At the same time, work on improving the adaptive capacity of the human organism provides health formation and mortality reduction for the next decade of people’s life.
